having had near-Biblical experiences at Ramen Tatsu Ya, I feared that the curse of having had really, really good ramen would result in a poor experience. But I’m surprised and pleased to report that Kiwami Ramen competes.

The first thing to note about Contigo is that it is all outdoor space, about half of it covered. That's right: just like an old-skool Texas prison, there ain't no air conditioning.

I’ve never had Nashville-style chicken before Tumble 22, but if it’s as good in its natural habitat as this, I’m all in. The chicken at T22 is perfectly fried, juicy, and delicious.

If you took the bus (or had a reliable designated driver), you could theoretically visit all of these breweries on foot over the course of a day. In fact, it’s not unusual to see pint zombies wandering Braker, Burnet, Metric, and Rutland groaning “Hops... HOPS...”
