Sliding gracefully from meringue to Mediterranean, Cameron Lockley, owner of Gusto a few units south, has transformed the former Fluff factory to Gràcia, a fish-forward, Mediterranean-inspired restaurant and wine bar.

Take the Sichuan Fried Chicken, which carried the cat o' nine tails of pepper flakes but only produced a feather dusting of pain. They were good, but when you pay the dominatrix for pain, it better hurt.
